Any idea if interior wall trim wraps around the base of openings inserted into walls yet?
The link you provided is a “New Features” list…is there also a bug fixes list?
January 28, 2025 at 10:49 am #17256louisacoModeratorYes, the bug fixes list is included with the new download link email, which is sent out when the next patch update is released, for users on the current version.
The opening trim has been updated to be filled in when an opening is inserted into a wall, instead of just being the pain colour of the wall.
Trim wrapping around the end of a wall without an opening, where there is a break in the wall, or a separate wall, is on the wish list for feature enhancements.January 28, 2025 at 10:54 am #17258louisacoModeratorThe list of fixes for V17.C1 to V17.C2:
- Improved the Wall System to display intersections, gable framings, estimate reports, and rendering more effectively.
- Resolved issues related to attaching Strip Footing elements to step Wall Systems.
- Prevented Wall System intersections from being displayed on the worksheet elevation plan.
- Printed the plan view in PDF and DWG format, including the color of pattern background.
- Displayed openings on broken walls using the “Center on Wall” command.
- Removed Wall System – 2D Door Openings from Drafting Settings dialog.
- Enhanced the display of advanced settings for Trim Packages.
- Properly attached the interior Shutters elements to the windows
- Fixed the View Filter command when inserting an image using Smart View.
