    Hello,

I’m trying to define a very simple masonry brick walled garage.

I have defined the wall width and formed up my external wall without issue.

As soon as I close the boundary, Envisioneer insists on making the wall a composite wall, i.e. skinned with an air gap.

How can I disable this behaviour as it’s preventing me from building a simple wall. In the same way, I can’t find any way of modifying the composite structure.

    I’m using V16 Platinum, 16.0.C4.3238

Attached ar a couple of screenshots showing the issue

    Many thanks for your advice/support

In wall properties you can change the thickness of the parts of the walls you don’t want to see represented in 2D plan view.

Change the air space, left/right interior surface to 0″

    Hi,

    Unfortunately it didn’t work.

I have created a new wall based on a basic concrete wall, and replaced this.

It does not appear any option to edit the composite structure exists.

    Thanks
