Another Cadsoft Product Running

    After exporting or importing a catalog next time I try to open a project i get ” Another cadsoft product running”  Looking in the Task manage i see that Envisioneer is running in a background process.  You can end task or reboot to remove this then you will be able to open envisioneer again.

    Hi Areetz,

     

    The main issue with this is the folder containing the catalog is more than likely set as a read only folder, preventing the saving of the catalog. I’ve had to work with my IT to get this remedied, so if you’re part of a corporation you may need to do the same. If you’re an independent drafter with your own PC & access to these settings, this should remedy the issue for you more permanently.
