SDSParticipantWell I was going to share renders from another project I’m working on and to my utter amazement I could not attach more than 4 files…I have renders for Exterior Front, Exterior Rear, Floorplan, Great Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Master Bedroom
It’s like they had a meeting about how best to avoid supporting their design community…
Anyways…I’ll attach these in multiple replies to myself…because…yea…
4,683 sqft single-story plan. I’ve been working on this one since last September…looks like we’re about ready for production drawings and then off to the engineer.
Like most of my designs, I don’t really claim to have ‘designed’ it…I feel my clients are the designers and I just translate for them. That said, I really like how this one turned out.

My comment is i don’t know about that it looks great to me. Nice open Great room Love the fireplace(makes me wish i could afford a house with a fireplace like that 🙂 and a kitchen with WOOD CABINETS everyone wants to paint them now days and i hate it. Give me wood over painted cabinets every day except i still put them in because client is always right. And that master bedroom render is awesome! Love it great nightime render.
