Where is the help file in Personal Architect ver 16

    When pressing F1 or Glossary of terms I get message File not found, I have a standard install windows 11.

    Where can I get this file and where does it go.

    Today I completely uninstalled Personal architect and reinstalled the program to default directories.I also verified the directory structure is the same for ver 14, I have no problems with ver 14.

    Ver 16 still will not display context help or display the Glossary.

    if you go to this file location in your window file explorer, do you see all these files in the folder?
    C:\Program Files\Cadsoft\Envisioneer 16\Help

    Thank you louisaco for replying, my files and file structure are as you posted. Help now opens to the Welcome screen after opening in  C:\Program Files\Cadsoft\Envisioneer 16\Help, Context help and tutor still do not work.
